Yearly subscribers receive Professional Implementation by our team at no extra cost, while monthly subscribers can self-setup or purchase Professional Implementation separately. All plans include ongoing assistance and regular updates to ensure your tracking remains accurate and reliable.
As a summary:
- We provide expert support for topics relevant to our product and setup process (updates, technical issues, and your questions). For yearly plans, this covers the full 12-month billing cycle. For monthly plans, support continues as long as your subscription is active.
- Yearly subscribers receive one Professional Implementation (Checkout Extensibility included) per subscription at no extra cost. Monthly subscribers can self-setup using our in-app guides, or purchase Professional Implementation for a one-time fee of $295. Additional implementations (re-setup after theme change, migration, etc.) are available at $295 for any plan.
- While all plans include continuous standard support, we also offer a Premium Support Plan for specialized needs outside our standard scope (such as 3rd party app-related problems, code optimization, reporting analysis, customization needs, etc.). This provides up to 10 hours of priority support over a 2-month period.
- All plans include 1:1 sessions with our team. Standard plans include 1 session per year. Plus plans include 2-4 sessions per year depending on tier. These can be used for validation, troubleshooting, migration support, or strategy discussions.
- We are happy to help with points that aren't directly relevant to our product (such as GA4 account settings, setting up Google Ads conversions, etc.).

Server-Side Tracking & Marketing Analytics
SERVER-SIDE TRACKING: Built-in server-side tracking (Analyzify Server-Side) is included in all Analyzify plans - Standard and Plus, monthly and yearly. This routes conversion data through Analyzify's servers to GA4, Meta (CAPI), and TikTok (Events API).
For stores that need server-side Google Tag Manager, we offer two additional options as paid add-ons:
- Stape Server-Side GTM - $1,490 one-time setup fee. Stape hosting is purchased directly within the Analyzify app.
- Google Cloud Server-Side GTM - $2,790 one-time setup fee. Google Cloud hosting is also purchased through the Analyzify app.
Most stores do not need server-side GTM. Analyzify's built-in server-side tracking handles all standard use cases. The GTM-based options are for stores with custom tracking requirements or specific compliance needs.
MARKETING ANALYTICS: The Marketing Analytics dashboard is available exclusively in the Plus plan (monthly and yearly). It provides 15+ Shopify-embedded reports covering GA4, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Google Search Console.

With Analyzify in place from the beginning, you can be confident that you are set up correctly from day one. 3rd Party Apps & Services
Analyzify provides its own Purchase Attribution feature, which is fully within our support scope. If you have questions about your Purchase Attribution Report, attribution models, order journeys, or Shopify comparison data, our team is here to help.
However, discrepancies between external platforms - such as differences between GA4, Google Ads, Meta, and Shopify revenue or conversion numbers - fall outside our support scope. These differences are caused by factors we do not control: different calculation and attribution models, ad blockers, GDPR consent settings, cookie durations, and platform-specific processing rules.
Our team guarantees the correct and consistent transmission of relevant data from your store to each connected platform. We cannot take responsibility for how each platform processes, deduplicates, or attributes that data after receiving it. Custom Code, and Theme Adjustments
Our code scope covers Analyzify's data layers and Unified Pixel. We do not create custom codes or apply theme/code adjustments beyond what the Analyzify app provides.
Data Reporting & Creating Reports
Analyzify provides built-in reports through three features: Purchase Attribution Reports (order-level, available in all plans), Campaign Attribution Reports (campaign-level, available in the Plus plan), and Marketing Analytics (available in the Plus plan) . These in-app reports are within our support scope - our team can help with setup, configuration, and questions about the data they show.
However, we do not create custom reports, build Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) dashboards, or provide data reporting services outside of what the Analyzify app offers.
Google Ads Settings & Performance Analysis & Optimization
Analyzify includes Google Ads conversion tracking, dynamic remarketing tracking, COGS (cost of goods sold) data transmission, and lead conversion tracking . We are responsible for the health and correct functioning of these integrations. We do not provide support on other Google Ads settings, performance analysis, or campaign optimization.
Page Speed & Performance Problems
Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and other third-party pixels may have an impact on your page speed. Analyzify's setup has no impact on your page speed score . Analyzify's Unified Pixel consolidates all platform integrations into a single CDN-served script, replacing multiple separate pixel snippets and minimizing any page speed impact.
GDPR & Consent Mode Topics
Analyzify integrates with your consent management tool to ensure compliance with user privacy choices. Analyzify supports Consent Mode v2, which includes automatic location-based consent handling for better compliance across regions. If Consent Mode is activated, Analyzify will only track users who have given consent by accepting your site's cookie banner. You can update your Consent Mode settings anytime through the Analyzify dashboard.
Note: We do not provide standard support for third-party GDPR apps or consent management platforms that we do not have full control over. Our support is limited to Analyzify's Consent Mode v2 activation and configuration. Learn more about consent mode .
Modified Analyzify GTM Containers
You can always make changes to Analyzify’s GTM containers according to your needs. However, we will not be able to provide support to modified containers. Once modified, that simply becomes out of our support scope and warranty.
If you wish, we can execute a re-setup using our standard GTM container.
Modified Analyzify Data Layers
We provide you with de-coded data layers so that you can see what’s injected into your store and also edit if you wish to. However, we will not be able to provide support to modified data layers. Once modified, that simply becomes out of our support scope and warranty.

Console Errors That are Not Related to Our Codes
Many apps cause console errors on Shopify. We test our codes many times before publishing and making sure they are error-free. Therefore, we do not provide support for console errors that are not related to our codes.
GTM Tags & Events Not in Analyzify Scope
Most Analyzify users do not need Google Tag Manager. Analyzify's built-in tracking and Unified Pixel handle all standard integrations without GTM . If you are unsure whether you need GTM, our support team can help you decide.
For users who do use our GTM container: it includes triggers, variables, and tags that you can reuse. Feel free to use our triggers and variables on your other tags. However, we will not be able to provide support for tags or configurations that are outside our scope.
