Analyzify clients get one complimentary setup by our implementation team, included in the app price. If you need assistance with external platforms, issues with other tracking tools, or have custom requirements, you can purchase Analyzify Premium Support Plan for $945.

Analyzify Premium Support Plan offers up to 10 hours of priority support , including a wide range of services such as custom integrations, reporting, advanced tracking strategies and troubleshooting.

What is Included?

Analyzify Standard Support Scope covers only Analyzify's application . Alternatively, Premium Support is designed to help with other platforms, such as Google Tag Manager, Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Pixel.

Our service-level agreements (SLAs) for Premium Support, includes the following:

  • Dedicated Customer Support : Up to 10 hours of premium support over a 2-month period .
  • Priority Assistance : First response time within 4 to 16 business hours .
  • Account Manager : A dedicated account manager to handle your service.
  • Project Planning : Detailed planning by senior data specialists.
  • Project Delivery : Comprehensive project delivery with a detailed log.
  • Technical Calls : Up to 30-minute technical call.
  • Client Requests : Send requests via email, documents, or Loom videos.
  • Customization : Get custom solutions to meet your unique requirements.
Please note that you don't need a Premium Support Plan for queries related to Analyzify's application. Our standard support is fully equipped to handle all application-related questions and issues, ensuring you get the help you need without any extra cost.

The Premium Support Plan, on the other hand, is specifically designed for more advanced needs. This includes additional services, external integrations, and custom solutions.

Premium Support could cover different types of services, depending on your needs. We will limit each Premium Support Plan to 10 hours , during which you can select multiple services from the catalog. 

Kindly be aware that you cannot get all services with a single purchase because we provide support based on task duration.

  2. Contact Us: Reach out to our team to discuss details and start your project.
  3. Define Services: Once you specify the tasks, we will outline what we can cover and provide an estimate of the hours needed. Please note, these estimates are not guaranteed and can vary based on task complexity and communication.
  4. Understand Limitations: It's important to understand that our services are not "unlimited support." Some tasks may take longer than anticipated, and additional hours may be required. We highly recommend confirming the scope and estimated hours with us beforehand.
  5. Purchasing : To get this service, please log in to Analyzify app and go to Add-ons section. Then choose "Premium Support Plan".
  6. Service Agreement: After purchasing, you’ll receive a service agreement and contract. There's no need to sign it. You will also get an email detailing the next steps.
  7. Task Confirmation: We will confirm the tasks and provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA) for the project. Ensuring we have all necessary access is crucial for timely delivery.
  8. Execution: Our team will execute your project with detailed logs and regular updates.
  9. Adding New Tasks: You can add new tasks as long as you have available hours. If the new tasks seem unrealistic within the given timeframe, we may need to kindly refuse them. If your initial 10 hours are insufficient within the 2-month period, you will need to purchase additional hours to continue receiving support.

How exactly does Premium Support work?

How will the 2-month time limit work?
The 2-month period starts from the date of purchase. We will track the hours used and keep you informed of your remaining balance. You can submit new tasks up to 5 days before the end of the 2-month period. If there are leftover hours when your project is completed, we will send you a reminder 10 days before the end of the 2-month period.
What happens if my project requires more than 10 hours?
If your project needs more than the initial 10 hours, you will need additional hours to continue receiving support. Thus, you can purchase Premium Support again.
Can I add new tasks after purchase?
Yes, you can add new tasks as long as you have available hours. However, we can't promise to accept every request, so you should confirm with our team beforehand. If the new tasks seem unrealistic within your support period, we may need to kindly refuse them.
Do I need to sign a service agreement and contract?
You will receive an agreement to ensure we both agree on the project scope and services, but you don’t need to sign any document.
What if my needs change during the 2-month period?
If your needs change during the 2-month period, we can adjust our services based on your available hours remaining in your Premium Support. Please confirm any changes with our team to ensure they can be accommodated within the timeframe.
What is the difference between Professional Implementation and Premium Support?
Professional Implementation ($295): This service is necessary after your first free done-for-you setup by our expert team. It includes tasks re-setup, pixel cleanup, theme upgrades, checkout tracking with custom pixels, and 30 days of post-migration support for checkout extensibility. It covers specific, predefined tasks directly related to our application.

Premium Support ($945): This is a custom service offering up to 10 hours of premium support over a 2-month period for a variety of tasks, such as advanced tracking strategies, custom integrations, reporting and more. It provides flexible, project-based assistance based on your unique needs.
