We have a strict no-refund policy, and this is because our product requires a one-time fee and our support team invests a lot of time and effort into the onboarding, setup, and validation process. We also recognize that this process could potentially be exploited, which is why we cannot offer any free trials or refunds. However, there may be exceptions for cases where our product does not exactly meet your needs, which will be evaluated by our product team.
We do not offer discounts, with the exception of a 25% discount for additional stores. Our pricing policy is designed to be transparent and fair for all of our customers.
