At Analyzify, we are committed to providing excellent support and service to our customers. All Analyzify plans (Standard and Plus) include expert support and regular updates for the duration of your subscription.
- For yearly plans , support covers the full 12-month billing cycle .
- For monthly plans , support continues as long as your subscription is active .

Refund Policy - Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions : We do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions. If you cancel, your access and support continue until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
Yearly subscriptions : Yearly subscriptions are non-refundable. In rare cases involving technical incompatibility or a verified product limitation that prevents core functionality, Analyzify may review a refund request at its sole discretion. Approved refunds typically take approximately 30 days to process, and a processing fee will be deducted.
Refund Policy - Add-On Services
Additional services include Professional Implementation ($295), Premium Support ($945), Stape Server-Side GTM ($1,490), and Google Cloud Server-Side GTM ($2,790). These are non-refundable once work has started. If you purchased an add-on but work has not yet begun, contact our support team to discuss your options.
Discount Policy
We do not offer discounts, with the exception of a 20% discount for additional stores. Our pricing policy is designed to be transparent and fair for all of our customers.
2-Year Price Warranty
Once you subscribe to any Analyzify plan, your price is locked for two years. No increases will apply during that period, regardless of any future pricing changes.
