Analyzify Purchase Surveys is a Shopify app that enables merchants to collect customer feedback through customizable post-purchase surveys displayed on the Thank You page after purchase completion.
Information We Collect
1. Merchant Information (From Store Owners)
When you install and use our app, we collect:
- Store Information: Store name, store URL, custom domain, Shopify store ID
- Contact Information: Email address associated with your Shopify account
- Account Data: Installation date, app status, subscription information
- Usage Data: Survey creation data, analytics preferences, team member contacts you add
- Team Members: Email addresses of team members you invite to collaborate
2. End Customer Information (Survey Data)
When your customers view or complete surveys on your Thank You page, we collect:
- Survey Responses: Answers to survey questions you created (only if customer submits the survey)
- Order Information: Order ID only (to link responses with orders for analytics)
- Technical Data: Survey view timestamps, session identifiers
- Source Information: Which page the survey was displayed on (Thank You page)
3. Information We DO NOT Collect
We explicitly do not collect:
- Customer email addresses
- Customer names or personal identifiers
- Credit card information or payment details
- Customer shipping or billing addresses
- Customer phone numbers
- Order values or purchase amounts
- Order line items or product details from orders

- ✓ Export survey responses as CSV files at any time
- ✓ Add or remove team members with access to the app
- ✓ Request a copy of all data we hold about you
- ✓ Update or correct your account information
For End Customers
Your customers can:
- ✓ Choose not to complete surveys (surveys are always optional)
- ✓ Contact you (the merchant) to request data deletion
- ✓ Contact us directly at help@analyzify.com for data access or deletion requests
Data Retention
Active Merchants
- We retain all data while your app is installed and active
- You maintain full control over survey data during this period
After Uninstallation
- Retention Period: Survey data is retained for 48 hours after app uninstallation
- Purpose: To allow merchants time to export their data if needed
- Backups: Data is also removed from backup systems within 30 days
Merchant-Initiated Deletion
- You can request immediate data deletion at any time by contacting help@analyzify.com
- We will process deletion requests within 48 hours
GDPR and Privacy Rights Compliance
We comply with GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, and other privacy regulations. Regardless of location, all users have the following rights:

Merchant Responsibilities
As a merchant using this app, you are responsible for:

- Ensuring your use of the app complies with Shopify's Terms of Service
Shopify App Scopes
Our app uses the following Shopify API access scopes:
- read_products: To allow merchants to filter surveys by products
- read_themes: To display available themes in settings when merchants activate the app embed extension
Acceptance and Agreement
By installing and using Analyzify Purchase Surveys, you acknowledge that you have:
